Our Costs 

In the event of owners coming in late (next day) or returning early from holiday, the Full Period for which the cat(s) are booked or are in our care, will be charged. If a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice a cancellation fee of £25 will be charged. With 7 days’ notice or less or ‘non arrival’ the Total Boarding Fee will be charged. At Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum fee is equivalent to 5 days’ boarding. At any other time of year there is a minimum charge of £42.00 (equivalent to 3 days’ boarding). Individual tastes – are catered for, but owners are kindly requested to provide prescription food diets.
